To setup the Exchange 2010 UM Auto Attendant, please following the steps below:

3.2.2.2.1 Create a New UM Auto Attendant

To create a UM Auto Attendant, please follow the steps in Microsoft’s document

Example:

• Name: MX-ONE Auto Attendant

• Dial Plan: HotLab

• Pilot identifier: 55559. It needs to be the same number that was previously created in MX-

ONE.

3.2.2.3 Check the configuration
